What's your weapon(s) choices for coyotes?

I've had my best seccess with carrying a shotgun as my front weapon and having a rifle sitting next to me, on a bipod, if anything thinks it's out of range. O0 I used a MOJO Critter to keep their attention off of my location.

My Mossberg 500 Turkey Special is a 3" 12 guage, has a 20" barrel, a Carlson's .680" extended non-ported choke tube. It shoots a 90% pattern inside a 10" circle with either Dead Coyote or Remington HD BBs at 50 yards.

My Stevens 200 in .25-06 will shoot a 5/8" group at 100 yards with a Nosler 87gr. BT @ 3300 f.p.s. and is topped with a Nikon 3x9x40 ProStaff. It has a tall bipod for shooting from a sitting position.

What's your weapon choice(s) for coyote hunting?

 O0 O0 O0 O0 Good equipment for 'yotes, Bow!

I use a .243, my brother's Rem Mohawk because I no longer own a centerfire rifle.

I find it hard to beat a few 3/4 plott 1/4 staghound crosses  :twisted:
