Texas: Suppressor proposal draws strong support

The record is safe, officials say. No proposal in the electronic age has drawn more public comment than the one that gave private landowners the right to manage wild deer populations on their private property. However, the current level of public comment on a proposed rule to allow silencers and suppressors on rifles used for hunting game animals is in the stratosphere.
