Title: One last day
Post by: D45/70 on December 30, 2017, 11:43:55 AM
Only one more day in the 2017 bird hunting season.
I'd love to get out , the Sharptail grouse are all bunched up in the trees this time of year.
Nothing to see a flock of 50 birds.
FUN !!!
But alas there calling for  -20* a foot of snow and more coming.
DANG IT .
Next year for sure...

 Yeah, would be brutal weather to be hunting, D. It looks like to me you have a lot of tough hunting weather.

One extreme to another.

All in one week.

As I get older it gets tougher for sure.
AND I hate snowshoes
:tickedoff

I can hunt/ fish some thing 365/24/7 If you can work with the weather.

I work in bad weather, won't hunt in it. Your extremes are much harder than ours, D!

It's really rawhide tough being on those snowshoes and your extreme cold.

Today
3 AM -33*
2 feet of drifted snow
no wind
calling coyotes
 Hard to get any better.
To bad the coyotes did not come to the party...
:crazy2
