I wouldn't be wearing camo for upland bird hunting.

I've got the old trebark that's all grey and kinda' like it. I got some of that diamondback camo awhile back and like it but don't know if they're in business anylonger.

all of my gear is Mossy Oak Breakup -green.  It works great in the big old oak groves i hunt in.  I'm thinking about starting to get some of that prairie ghost camo too though.  --it's not as "busy" as the mobu, and i think it would work great late season here.

I've never used camo.  Just muted greens, grays, and browns.

That is, until I walked into Gander Mountain two weeks ago.  They had Browning Gator Fleece on sale.  It came in Mossey Oak New Break-up.  I got the parka  (http://www.browning.com/products/catalog/clothing/detail.asp?cat_id=303&type_id=677&value=002A&cattype=303677) for $75, and the pants (http://www.browning.com/products/catalog/clothing/detail.asp?cat_id=302&type_id=679&value=002A&cattype=302679) for $60.

I got the whole mess for $135.  Normally, I'd never spend this much money on something like this.  But, considering these items retail normally for $350, I saw this as an opportunity to own some quality warm weather camo at a price I can afford.  Good warm clothing is essential when deer hunting in Wisconsin.

I think it was about 85 degrees when I brought the camo home two weeks ago.  But, like a kid with a new toy, I put it all on and walked around the house to show everyone.  What an idiot I am!   :)

OK -- you owe me a new monitor.  After reading that, my afternoon coffee was detoured from it's journey to my stomach by making a stop at my computer screen.   ;D
