something to try-venison

i sometimes cook my venison on the grill by first putting down aluminum foil. cook like you would normally but you can also add your favorite spices and sauces. works great with barbeque sauce (it doesn't run away from the meat. and it cooks in it's own juices. makes the meat very tender!!). just something to try! :D

I do basically the same thing, but modified a little.  I put foil on half the grill and cook it on that at first.  Once it gets done, I put it over on the side without foil to kinda' dry it off a little and to give it a little bit of that "grilled" taste!  Make your tongue slap your brains loose! :D
The only purpose of bread is to hold meat!

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.
