Steelhead & Brown Trout
« on: October 27, 2009, 12:27:38 PM »
When you guys are heading out to your favorite hunting spot don't forget to pack the fishing poles. I always pack the poles, some waders, spawn bags tackle and whatever else I may need to get a couple of hours of fishin in. The steelhead and brown trout follow the salmon into many piers and rivers. I just love to come home with a mixed bag of fish and game. Some fresh steelhead fillets rolled in Drakes and fried up goes good with a slow cooked venison roast. I also like them smoked next to a couple of partridge. I just know that this is killin & grillin time of year so don't just concentrate on game

On bluebird days while duckhunting, we used to take along our fishing stuff.  O0
