Hey, it's great to see you here, Carl! You been hunting lately?
The only albino deer I have ever seen in the wild was just east of where you live, back in '87. It ran across the highway right in front of me, an albino doe. No, I didn't hit it. I saw it just in time and braked for it.

Sounds like this was prior to your "petting zoo" training.

Illinois, huh?  You wouldn't happen to deer hunt would you?   ;D ;D ;D

I image you've got some nice ones around there.  I've seen pictures of about 10 monsters that have been taken out of IL so far this year.

Good to have you around Carl. O0  Don't mind Nutz & the old Indian.  They're not entirely "there" anymore.  :idiot2 :crazy2

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.

The crops are really killing me this year. Farmers have been hard at it this week though. They'll be out by first shotgun season. Have seen a couple nice bucks nothing too big couple 8's and a 10.
