How do cold fronts affect boar activity? Or the herd in general? We got no boars up here in this part of kansas but we get some nasty cold fronts. Depending on teh time of year, they bring either squall lines, or supercells out ahead that spawn twisters, bow echos derrechos etc...   My hunting property down in arkansas has some ferals and similar weather patterns as we got up here.

Dunno. Haven't been able to spot a pattern yet. I don't think they move any more or less when a front blows in. They don't sweat, so they are hot natured in general and therefore better able to deal with teh extreme cold. I've hunted them during cold fronts and sometimes you see a bunch, sometimes a few, sometimes none. No real pattern as far as I can tell.....
