fried squirrel burrito

This is what i tried and its pretty good, specially if you only have one squirrel in the freezer.

1- Pressure cook the squirrel to make meat come off easily, dont do it too long.

2- Brown chunks of meat in a pan with oil or bacon greese, NO bones.

3- Remove the meat and put it in a bowl, add whatever you like to go with it. I like bacon and cheese, i do the same thing with egg burritos. If you cook bacon you can use the greese to brown the tortilla shut.

4- Add the meat and other stuff to a burrito, carefully close it up and plop the burrito into the pan with hot oil. You want to fry it first so the opening of the burrito is crisped into place and it wont open up and spill. Brown it on all sides like a chimichanga.

You can put whatever you want in it. I am going to try it with bacon, squirrel, cream cheese next. It will be like a squirrel rangoon :D

i bet this would work great with deer sausage too.  Sausage egg bacon and cheese would be nice.

Doesn't sound too bad. O0
The only purpose of bread is to hold meat!

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.

Well i digress. it doesnt have to be a small game meal, it can be anything you enjoy in a tortilla, and then fryng it crisply shut to your hearts discontent.  Its a lot manlier than egg rolls.
