You gotta keep them tied up, too! They get loose and pack up. No man or living critter is safe from the killer packs. They kill and strip a large animal to the bone within minutes.

Log chains must get pretty expensive around your place, considering all them little foo-foo dogs you got.

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D No kidding! In fact, I had to shorten their log chains before they chewed their way through the new chain link fence.
All the mailman has to do is reach over the fence to the mailbox. Fortunately for him, the dogs can't reach him. They would strip his flesh to the bone within seconds. He would resemble a skeleton stripped by a big school of piranhas or more likely, like he being torn to shreds by a pack of starving wolves.   ;D

When plott was here, he was very careful not to make sudden moves around the pack. Wolf type dogs are like that, you know.  He was SKEERED!
