Bill Protecting Concealed Carry Licenses for Military Personnel Advancing in Kentucky
The Kentucky State House recently passed House Bill 19 by a unanimous vote of 95 to 0.

Sponsored by State Representative Fitz Steele (D-84) and State Representative Bob Damron (D-39), HB19 would allow military personnel who are on active duty to renew their concealed carry licenses early and via mail.  It also allows for those military personnel whose licenses expire while on active duty to renew licenses within 90 days after the end of their deployment, with no late fees or other penalties.

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.
