Hmm I guess I didn't know domestic turkeys were white like that. :-\
So are you suggesting that the ones I saw have escaped the farm?
My guess is yes, escapees.

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.

 :D
I must have missed this sorry   . How much??? $$$
Our season starts in a month. April 10th I think. In the spring we can only use our shot guns BUTTT... I'm working on a new load that should take care of that handy cap.
What would you think of a 3 1/2" -2 oz duplex load of #2's and #4 buck shot going 1300 fps ?? Sounds like a LOOONG range turkey killer  :knuppel2 to me.
Count me in, Is there any rules I need to know about? ???

OK D, I'll add you to the frey. O0  I'm still working on the rules.  Should have them up for review sometime this week.  As for the fee, don't know just yet.  That too will be up for discussion as well.

You may have already done it, but you might want to make sure of the regs on shot size.  In KY (and a lot of other states), #4 shot is the biggest you can use (not #4 buck, just regular #4).
