No kidding!  You can't let something as valuable as that be unprotected!   Several layers of protection is recommended.  ;D

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.

Rules look fine to me, the more simple you can keep it with this crows the better. As for the money, it would depend on the amount we agree on as to how much the winner gets. Maybe something like $10 each since there are not that many in this contest.

Since you won't accept entrys with tire tracks across the bird, you will have to count me out of the competition.   ;D

You ain't gettin' out of it that easy old man. :knuppel2  Show me in the rules where it says anything about tire track disqualifying you?

OK Nutz, why don't you post up a picture of a turkey's gnads so that we'll all know where they are.  Everything that I've been able to find says that they're on the inside, up near the back.

BTW, the major caruncles are not their nutz.
