September first is the upland bird opener in MT

 I've been loading ..ASST.. shotgun shells all summer, lead,steel,and hevi-shot. The Non-tox have to be used for ducks,geese and any birds on a water management area. Upland birds ( grouse,doves ) I can still use lead in most areas. I'm hoping the hand loads work well, I'm new at this. I did load some special loads , like 3"mag 1 7/8 oz #8 shot for doves and some duplex  #2 and #6 for pheasants. I already talked about my turkey loads ( #4 buck). I got around 500 loaded up for the boy,his wife, and me, we can buy more later...
DO to the increasing cost of energy, Gas,and Electricity. The Down turn in the economy.
