Got a squirrel today with the 20gauge seems like 5 shot was the way to go. Had to shoot at him 4 times but i got him.
I don't have bad english you just don't listen.

What did you learn?

Had to shoot at him 4 times but i got him.
the shotgun was never cursed.....

Well the 4th shot was just to move the branches he was stuck in. Also every squirrel that got away before i hit on the first shot.

Ok, 3 shots with #5's. I'm thinking you really need to get out and pattern that 20. Maybe them shells you got aren't as potent as they used to be, wheither old or just newer stock.
 I got a 12 ga. around here I'd have sworn hit where I pointed it, it seemed to when my step-dad had it. I took it to the pattern board at the range, and it was hitting 11 inches low at 20 yds. Didn't need to count pellets, just look at the mass of the shot holes. Then I used the same point of aim, while holding the gun steady and raised my head til the bead lined up with the pattern. I tried a few more shots equipped with this new knowledge and was dead on each time.
 Never have figured out why it hits so low, but as long as I remember not to look down the barrel and just put the bead on the target from a normal heads up position, it'll take'em down.

The fourth shot didnt hit him just the branch i could reach him so only 2 shots hit him.
