A semi-auto .22Mag pistol with a 30rd clip? I know what I want for my next birthday. O0

A 30 round magazine is a beautiful thing. As a survival weapon I would think you'd be able to rough it allot easier with a .22 mag, than a .22lr. Carry 3 or 4 loaded spare magazines and the need to reload in a hot situation would not be necessary under 99.9% of the circumstances you might find yourself in.

Another good use for this weapon would be for your spouse to use it when you're not home. Again with the 30 round magazine and the light recoil from this round, it could really be a life saver for someone who might be recoil shy, and who would probably lose track of the rounds they'd fired due to the emotional state they'd be in at the time.

Someone breaks into your home and she or you can lay down some serious firepower to either take them out or scare the crap out of them so badly that they'd never try invading your home again. O0
To you gutless cowards and scumbags, who are trying to lie and rewrite history. To those out to commit genocide on the Southern people with your destruction of Confederate monuments and your attacks on Southern heritage and pride. Be happy for now. Because someday when that civil war you wanted starts. I will find you. And I will kill you.

That's just what I was thinkin, Bo. O0

When I first got my AR, I could believe how long 30rds went on. Every time I thought I was about out of ammo, there was more to come. O0

Problem is, with that short barrel (4.3 inches) the muzzle blast has got to be awfull!  Of course, maybe that's the point!  With all that noise, whatever you're shooting at is going to die of fright whether it gets shot or not.

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.

On the Keltec site, they listed a MSRP of $415 for the PMR-30.    Looked on Gunbroker for one, but there weren't any.  Did a Google search and came up with this.

PMR-30 Google Search Results

Looks like they've got some on there for $297.  O0

But, this was what I saw on most sites:  :'(

When you're in a fire fight for real, you never see the flash, feel the recoil or hear the report. So that's the least of your concerns.
