Iowa: Long line for Right-to-Carry permits under new law

Last month, the Polk County Sheriff's Office figured they'd have a massive rush Monday of people applying for a new weapon's permit. The expectations were right on the mark. The cash register rang all day as person after person applied to carry a firearm. The Polk County Sheriff's Office was swamped. More than 350 people turned in applications.

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.
