Wife and I took the dog for a walk
« on: October 16, 2011, 09:01:16 AM »
Wife and I took Grissom bird hunting yesterday. When we got home I opened the tailgate of the pickup to take the birds out, a pheasant flew out of the box and about a 1/4 mile into the pasture. Grissom took off after the rooster and here he is retrieving the bird back home.

Finally some descent weather for a little exercise, great day to get outside!

Life is short, shorter for some than others...

Pretty sad that the dog has to take up you slack for crappy shooting.  ::)

 ;D ;D ;D

Congrats on the birds!  O0   Gonna try to get my little squirrel dog out this week to harass some of the little buck-toothed demons. >:D

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.

You Gotta forgive BC, normally we give a 10 day grace period for pointy sticks (unless the newbie starts it). It's been a while since we had any new guy's that weren't spammers and he's getting ansy.
Grissom sure looks proud of his birds, great job !!

When we go hunting up in western NC with BS, I expect BC to be able to retrieve rabbits as well as that dog retrieved the pheasants.  ;D ;D
To you gutless cowards and scumbags, who are trying to lie and rewrite history. To those out to commit genocide on the Southern people with your destruction of Confederate monuments and your attacks on Southern heritage and pride. Be happy for now. Because someday when that civil war you wanted starts. I will find you. And I will kill you.

Nice to see some one hunting pheasants. They are fun to hunt. Looks like your dog enjoys them as much as you.
I don't have bad english you just don't listen.

What did you learn?
