i live in berrien county and i shot over 300 doves this season using the mojo dove and some regular dove decoys. yes dove hunting is fun and they taste great over the grill. there fast and hard to hit. what size shotgun do you think i should use next year because my 12ga tore them up pretty good.

keep using your 12 guage, go with lighter shot and a more open choke.

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.
