Some Kentucky Studs
« on: November 14, 2011, 02:02:51 PM »
Lifted these pictures from another site.  ::)   Our gun season opened this past Saturday and the rut is in full swing.  Some of these are bow kills, some are gun.  Figured everyone likes looking at pictures though.  O0

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.

Nope none of those BC, guess we'll have to wait for him to get back in town and see if he will post a pic and story.

Those are some true studs, wonder how many came from outiftters and guides? I plan on making a trip to Kentucky, Ohio and maybe Indiana when life lets me. Just need to find a bow hunting buddy down here that can help with cost. It would be a do-it-yourself type hunt.

When you said stud, I thought you were talking about me.
To you gutless cowards and scumbags, who are trying to lie and rewrite history. To those out to commit genocide on the Southern people with your destruction of Confederate monuments and your attacks on Southern heritage and pride. Be happy for now. Because someday when that civil war you wanted starts. I will find you. And I will kill you.

You ain't from KY.....  ::)

Actually, I doubt any came from outfitters Ned.  The guys on that site are just regular Joe's, hunting around there homes, farms, or where they grew up.

As far as a do-it-yourself bowhunt, do some research on the WMA's around the state.  There's some really nice bucks taken on public land, you just have to do the research to find out where.  If you find any around the Taylorsville area, I think I might be able to arrange a place for you to crash.  O0   Taylorsville WMA is just down the road from me, but I hardly ever hear of any good bucks taken off of it.  :'(

Q. How come you keep letting those folks shoot your big buck, BC?

Don't really know about this one. It was found dead, but it's been reported to have been found in Kentucky and/or Indiana.
