CBS Rejects PeTA Superbowl Ad
« on: January 24, 2004, 12:32:11 PM »

NEW YORK, NYA new ad campaign by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PeTA) intended to imply that eating meat causes impotence in men has been rejected by CBS.

CBS turned down the $2 million PeTA was willing to pay the network to have the commercial aired during its Super Bowl XXVIII broadcast February 1. CBS says it rejected the ad because of company policy against airing advocacy advertisements.

The only purpose of bread is to hold meat!

John Andrews Is My Hero!

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.
