How Ya'll Doin..??
Just wanted to say that I finally found a form that has my kind of folks..
I'm an ole southern boy that was raised in the woods of south Alabama...
Love to hunt deer,hogs,tree rats,coons,turkey,an fish. I also love to dirt road ride,ride my ole Harley, go muddin,campin,chasing women,and last but not least , have cold beer !
Tree Rat season opened up down here in Oct. purchased a 17hmr an went huntin..got my limit with it. shot some over 75yds..gotta learn to do better job of hitting in the head..cut one or two in half..
So I bought a 17Mach2  to see if it would do a little less damage..shot a coon at 90 yrds . did a head shot ..also killed my limit of tree rats  that same afternoon..shot a couple of tree rats at 50 to 75 yrds an still took legs off..
All I can say about the 17's are "They Will Rock A Tree Rats World"..
Will not shoot a 22 again at tree rats..

Harley, welcome to our Forum! You fit well, fella! As you can see, we have quite a few .17 junkies and more than a few squirrel hunters here, too.
