Venison Eggrolls


2lbs ground venison
1lb bean sprouts
1/2 head of cabbage
1tbs of peanut butter
peanut or canola oil
3tbs of soy sauce
1 pk of eggroll wrappers
2 eggs used to wipe the wrappers

brown the ground venison,then sautee the cabbage and bean sprouts untill they are tender.
Mix the ground venison ,bean sprouts and cabbage in a lg bowel,add soy sauce, peanut butter(do not forget the peanut butter sounds wierd but really adds to the recipe)wash the edges of wrappers with the egg and fill,roll up and wipe outer edges with egg wash.heat oil to 350 and fry untill golden brown about two min.serve with hot mustard and plumb sauce.
