First spring gobbler!
« on: April 21, 2006, 12:35:51 PM »
We'll the all the unsuccessful turkey hunts thus far this spring has finally paid off.  19lbs, 9 1/2" beard, 1" spurs, 2 year old bird.  Boy these swamp gobblers are tough to hunt.  Their really ornery and skiddish.  The decoys sold this one, very little calling.  I'll be having this Tom for dinner tomorrow.  Check out the pics I've attached.

Great job! O0 O0 O0

To you gutless cowards and scumbags, who are trying to lie and rewrite history. To those out to commit genocide on the Southern people with your destruction of Confederate monuments and your attacks on Southern heritage and pride. Be happy for now. Because someday when that civil war you wanted starts. I will find you. And I will kill you.

Yep, I've already been cut off from turkey calling in the house.  So I just practice the mouth calls to and from work.  My 9 year old boy bought some mouth calls with his B-day money.  He's been practicing all the time.  He'll be ready for next spring season. O0
