Thanks guys for the warm welcome,,

I'm born a bred in Queens NY,,,  spend  most of my summers and vacations (hunting and fishing) in  the Adirondack.... I have a  small place  (75 ac. with old small frame farm house,  I bought  it when I got married.   I have been taking my family up there to get away from the city mess all these years...  As soon as my medical problem stable , I will be selling my house in the city and moving up there to enjoy my retirement...
