two robin hoods

me and my buddy (yes i have one) went to the bow range this a.m and did a bit of shooting and we both shoot robin hoods thats fun when it happens but $$ and who needs a 3 foot arrow ??? i'm home now and after a good long night of fishing and bow shooting i'm going to sit back and rest a bit till the wife starts yell'ing about some work in need to do around the house.  MYBE SHE WONT SEE ME IF I PUT SOME CAMO ON :)

sticker, could you post a picture of your bow? I have a compound bow from a while back that I've never been able to get any info on. It does say Robin Hood on the limb and is black. I'd appreciate it if I could compare pics and then maybe compare notes. ???

robin hood , not a name of a bow ( not mine) but when you shot a arrow into the end of the arrow that's in the target . like the movie when robin hood splits arrow in half.  but back to your bow i will ask my bud that's a bow nut. is your bow a compound are a long bow (etc) i found long bows named robin hood on the net ?  let me know.

You rascals that can make those Robin Hood shots are pretty good shots! I'm glad you clarified all this Robin Hood stuff.  I thought you was out rescuing a damsel in distress, or something like that.  :wink:

It's a compound. I got it from my old man, who's had it for years. Never have seen it anywhere else.

I have done trhis myself, and although I felt great about the shot placement OI hated the expence of replacing a good carbon arrow. :)
