Compound Bow Assistance...
« on: July 19, 2006, 08:58:43 AM »
I am looking into new compound bows for the stepson and me.  I can get some really, really, good deals on bows from Diamond Archery, Parker Archery, and Fred Bear Archery.  Here is what I have the list narrowed down to…

Liberty by Diamond Archery: http://www.diamondarchery.com/bows_liberty.php

Frontier by Parker Archery: http://www.parkerbows.com/parkerfrontier2plus.htm

Code by Fred Bear Archery: http://www.fredbearoutdoors.com/products/detail.tpl?Id=39

Does any one on here own any of the bows listed above?  If so, what are your likes and dislikes?

If you are not an owner, let me know any good or bad you have heard about each one.

Some feed back would be greatly appreciated.
I have long know that it is part of God's plan for me to spend a little time with each of the most stupid people on earth.

I see you're playing stupid again...  looks like you're winning too.

Haven't you figure out that we just don't like you.

I  have zero experience with those bows... How old is the stepson?  Is the bow primarily for you, or him?

My suggestion... buy them all and give me the one you don't like.

The best recommendations you'll get on a bow is the bow itself. If you can find a place that has an indoor range to play with, use the bows and pick the one which feels right to each of you... and then send me whatever's left.
