sounds like the sister in law, i called her primer, cheap easy to pick up.. she is working on #5 now with boyfriend number 5..

I call her well it starts with a C and ends with a T!  At least that's one of the names I use to her face.  She's in and out of jail she has her own personal cell.  She's been in for every thing from check fraude to selling drugs.

I do admit to the occasional case not having a primer in it before I pour in the powder, the other thing that I have done is taking the funnel off a case before all the powder is gone thru, that gets messy and not a good idea if you use candle light on your loading bench.

I did this once, i took it as "assumed" the primer tool did its job, and it missed picking one up, so i tossed the powder into it, and as i transfered it from the block to the press i left a line, wtf- oh duh no primer..  now when i prime them i flip every one and double check the double check..   hey do you who reload do it according to weather, as in you dont when it is humid or extra hot outside??
when in doubt shoot twice

I reload according to whether...

If I have a choice whether I want to fold my laundry or reload, I reload...

Where I work they make 120mm tank ammo as well as other munitions for the military. Everywhere they load they control the humidity. Moisture content and control is very critical and regular scheduled tests are conducted to check the moisture content.
