« on: July 19, 2004, 07:08:42 AM »
DOUGLAS, AK—The Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADFG) will conduct an International Bowhunter Education course, which is required of all hunters wishing to participate in archery-only hunts in Alaska this year.

The course will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 24 in Douglas, Alaska. All participants should bring their own bow and target arrows for the shooting portion of the course.

Advance registration is required, which can be done by contacting the ADFG's Douglas office at (907) 465-4265.

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.
