« on: July 26, 2007, 10:03:40 AM »
:knuppel2 Saturday,Sunday, and Monday we took a road trip, We went through the Bullwhacker part of the New Missouri river monument. There closing many of the roads there next year so we had to go see it be for then. Then we cut over by Zortman an down to fish many of the lakes. It was HOT HOT HOT!!!!!

Did I mention it was Hot? We did a 599 mile trek. We fished around 20 Small reservoirs and stock ponds. With names like Butch, white face, paleface, 7-up,Rotatercup, Taint, DJ'S,Centennial, and Sagebrush. We got LM Bass, Blue gill, Crappy,Channel Cats,Pike,Rainbow trout, and some Goldeye. How many is still under debate but conservatively it was 200ish EACH!! We shot a good amount of PDs too. Other then HOT it was a great trip!!!!

That sounds great.  I love a good road trip!  I can only handle one ever couple yrs.  The last one we put on over 3,000 miles.

Except for the heat, that must have been a great trip, D45.  O0 Lots of fish and PDs, too. You ready to go again?

You know it !!!!!!!!
I'll have to postpone for a month or so the fire danger puts a stop to it this time of year. In fact there was two fires in the same area the day after we left !!
