Kansas Deer
« on: December 08, 2007, 06:17:36 PM »
Finally got the monkey off of my back by getting my first doe of the season and she was the first kill with the Mathews Switchback XT.  Also got a scouting camera picture of this 10 pt on this farm too.

Shoot straight and dropem where they stand!

Congrats on the deer. O0  But if you've got film of the 10 pt, why isn't HE the one laying in the back of the truck? ;D

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.

If that buck keeps showing up at midnight, your gonna need to mount a spot light on your matthews!

thats a sweet setup BC! You could mount it on your shoulder like The Predator and chase bucks down! I'm sure EBAY has mirror camo and maybe a telescoping dual knife set O0

Your drawing masterfully captures the mood and emotions of the blissful
fellon as he hunts after hours trying not to get busted by the game warden.
