Wish I could help you man, but I don't have one.  Hopefully someone else on here does though. O0

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.

Cool, what do you shoot now? I am hoping that somebody can help you, but I never heard of anybody on this forum shooting Highcountry...we got some hoyt, Matthews and Parker guys. Hopefully BigHoyt knows something about them. I googled it and it looks nice. Large brace height, low weight, good let off, good string- it's just odd they don't sell more.

Yeah, if it's an upgrade and cheap get it...I bought mine intending to sell it for some money, but I liked it so much I kept it. Bows aren't usualy that hard to sell if you keep them nice.

Well my advice would be to buy it.I have seen the bow at a shop I was working at.I never personally shot the bow myself I set one or two up for a customer.I owned the Iron mace for awhile was a very nice bow.Im looking into getting the new speed pro mace myself.I wish I hadn't shot it because now I want it.The stiletto is a very nice bow also I have shot this bow alot at the shop trying to make up my mind between stiletto and mace.High country had some problems but I believe his name is barry has came back and redesigned several of the high country line along with customer service issues.feel free to send me a private message and I will give you some more info on that if you want. The sidewinder was redesigned in 2007 with the roller guard ,winter choice strings, bow jacks it should be a nice bow for you.
you can run but you will only leave a blood trail
