Indiana also has the right to retrieve law.You have the right to go onto posted property to get your dog without the land owners permission. The land onwer can't do anything about you going after your dog.If the land owner does he is commiting a crime.

Also here your dog is considered personal property and has a value of $2500.00

We also have them laws and in a couple weeks ya can go a lil west of me and ask that jerkoff how much them 3 hounds he shot are worth
It takes patience to break a good hound. Ya gotta be persistent and it helps to be a lil smarter then the dog.

Around here, the owner of privite property can kill your dogs on sight if caught on their property. And you could be fined for felony trespass.

Well if you go tonight and do not see any,you will know. But if you sit at home because some guy on the internet said not too...it wouldn't be hunting now would it  ;D O0

I say go.More times than not..when the conditions make the hunter stay home...the coons are out in droves.Yet the nights when the conditions are seemingly perfect...you see nan a coon  :tickedoff
