Welcome to GPS, camo! It sounds like you are doing great, fella.  O0
Where you live in SD? I have worked in SD, great state and lots to do there.
Last time I was there, breakfast at Wall Drug was 99 cents, two eggs, toast, and coffee.

In all seriousness, the Marlin is a great rifle, too. I own a Model 60, one of the best rifles ever made.
Brownings are nice, but in terms of quality AND accuarcy AND ruggedness, it's hard to beat the Marlin.
California sucks that's it.
